We are pleased to offer homeschooled children an
opportunity to interact with professionals in the areas of Science, Mathematics, Language Arts, Spanish and more. Our
small classes and warm environment allow children to thrive and learn together at their own pace.
We meet on Tuesdays
at the First Presbyterian Church of Springdale. While not affiliated with the church, we appreciate the use of their building.
It offers several classrooms, a multi purpose room, a kitchen and playground.
We run classes beginning in September
and ending in late April. Please be sure to refer to the list of Important Dates for registration dates, start dates, holidays etc.
Children have
the opportunity to choose up to six courses per term:
Mornings are devoted to the core subjects of Mathematics, Science, and Language Arts. We also offer
an Early Learning class for 4-5 year olds. Our paid instructors have been carefully chosen to ensure that our children will
have a wonderful hands-on experience. These courses may serve as a either an enrichment or catalyst for a child's independent
home study.
Our afternoons feature a variety of elective subjects. They include Physical Education, Foreign Languages,
Crafts, Cooking, Music, and more. These courses are taught primarily by our own Treehouse parents and a few paid instructors.
Registration begins approximately 2 weeks before the beginning of each term. We encourage you to get your registration
in as soon as possible. We have a limit of ten to twelve students in most courses. Consequently, many courses fill up quickly.
The Treehouse is a not for profit organization. We
appreciate the generous donations of time, money and materials we have received which enable us to provide quality programs
for our children. To find out how you can help raise money for The Treehouse, visit our fundraisers page
